Jess Pallett
Nurse Manager
Meet Jess, our Nurse Manager! With over 10 years of experience as a veterinary nurse, she brings a wealth of knowledge and a deep care for all animals. Jess has spent the last few years in Practice managment helping clinics run smoothly and has now combined her love of managment and animal welfare in her new role with Balance Vet Rehab. When she's not ensuring our clinic runs smoothly, you can find her camping with her husband and two adored boys, creating cherished family memories. Jess combines professionalism and structure with a warm and bubbly personality, making her a fantastic member in our team!
Megan Mitchell
Senior Rehab Nurse
Meet our dedicated team member Megan, who has spent the last five years working alongside Dr Steve. She began her nursing career in the UK and furthered her expertise by completing rehab training in America through the Canine Rehabilitation Institution. As a proud mother of three beautiful children, Megan loves spending her free time at the beach or getting creative with painting and jewelry-making. With her friendly, warm, and caring nature, she is always here to support you and your furry friend.


Jess Marsden
Senior Rehab Nurse
Meet Jess, a dedicated team member who studied her nursing through the Lost Dogs Home in Melbourne in 2018. Since then, she has passionately committed herself to the welfare of all animals, with a special focus on cats. Jess embraces a holistic approach to animal care, ensuring that every furry friend receives the best support possible. When she isn't at the clinic helping animals, Jess also lends her skills to humans through Massage therapy. In her free time, you can find Jess capturing beautiful moments behind the camera, especially of our beloved pets. With her immense passion and big heart, Jess makes your pet's welfare her top priority.
Jessie Baxter
Rehab Nurse
Meet Jessie, a nurse who has been in the industry for 12 years, with some of this time being spent in Zoos. As a proud and unashamed dachshund lover, Jessie the very proud mum to her beloved sausage dog Frankfurter, who can often be found providing a warm welcome to our clients at Balance Vet Rehab. Together they spend thier spare time volunteering with Dachshund Rescue Australia as rehoming coordinators. Jessie, through her own rehabiliatation experience developed a deep appreciation for the power of rehab and combined this with her love for animas great and small you can be assure whenever Jessie is treating your pet it with love and passion.
